"Fried Avocado" - just brown slices in a skillet with butter & salt. Tastes a lot like fried potatoes. Delicious side item!! I also like to eat the browned slices with a boiled egg - creamed up w/mayo - like in this picture. Yum! Super easy, very LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat) & healthy "real food". :-)
